If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to imperfectionatitsbestllc@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order details. We will assist you with an exchange or replacement as quickly as possible.
